Happy Friday Everyone! If you live in Los Angeles, you already know about this past Sunday's weather. It was very humid and the gloominess made me in the mood for a minimalist outfit. I opted for a more cool and refreshing color palette and tied in everything with silver accents. Something about the french terry skirt, strapped sandals, and silver choker gave me a sporty sleek and chic vibe. What do you guys think? Thank you for reading and talk to you soon! :)

Happy Friday Everyone! Notice anything different? I have NEVER dyed my hair before and I decided it was time for a change. It is amusing to me how changing the style or color of your hair can almost change your identity. I never knew the power of coloring of your hair can affect the clothes or makeup you wear. Knowing that now, I have been experimenting with different colors to see what best suits the color of my hair. I found out mustard yellow was one of them. :) I have been eyeing this yellow jacket at Zara since the beginning, so happy it finally went on sale! I needed more pieces to brighten up my day so this definitely satisfies my craving.

Happy Friday Everyone! Since last year I did not do anything grand or special for my 21st birthday, I thought about how I could make turning 22 a little more memorable this year. After watching Taylor Swift's big hit "22" music video last year, it kind of got me little excited to turn 22 and it also gave me an idea to create my own 22nd birthday scene. Instead of filming a video, I opted to do a shoot! Aside from my love for styling, I also enjoy creating visuals and set design. So I went on to brainstorm a theme and actually draw out my own set. The theme I decided on for this shoot was...Alice in Wonderland/Mad Hatter Tea Party hence "TwoTwo Wonderland." This was a coincidence, but I would like to point out the hidden pun "twotwo" for wearing a tutu skirt. :) Thank you Pinterest for inspiring me to create and piece together ideas in my mind for this fantasy birthday shoot full of cupcakes, confetti, balloons, DIY flowers, streamers, and so much more. I wanted to capture the innocence and sweetness of Alice, so I kept the color palette soft and light with a pale pink top, mint tulle skirt and nude heels. For some sparkle and elegance, I replaced Alice's black bow headband with a silver jeweled headband. The moment my friend showed me the tulle skirt and told me to get it, I was completely sold by the color and length. I thought it was absolutely perfect. I figured there are not many places a person can wear a tulle skirt, so why not pull it out for a fun birthday shoot? :) I hope you take away some inspiration and enjoyed the pictures as much as I had fun taking them! I guess I can finally say I am feeling 22 ooo ooo. :) Take care and thank you for reading!

Happy July 4th Everyone! To be honest, the top outfit post I look forward to every year is the July 4th post. I just feel like you really cannot go wrong with a red, white and blue ensemble. It is simple and timeless. I hope this patriotic wardrobe gets you excited for the 3 day weekend and inspires you to pair your own outfit with the nation's colors. I will be spending this July 4th with my family eating lots of delicious food and watching the annual fireworks. How are you spending your July 4th weekend?

Hello Everyone! If you follow me on Instagram, you may know I am currently working at BCBG. At the office, the employees receive daily corporate emails. One of the corporate emails I came across was an opportunity to sign up to do a styling segment called "Week of Chic". From their brief explanation, Week of Chic gives an inside look through a week's worth of looks from their very own BCBGMaxazria employees. The selected Week of Chic participant will take you through her schedule and show you how she incorporates the latest trends of the season into her wardrobe. The 5 looks consisted of 1 work outfit, 1 wild card outfit, 1 evening wear outfit, 1 night out outfit, and 1 weekend outfit. The looks will be then posted in their stores for inspiration. This sounded like an exciting opportunity that I could not pass up so I decided to sign up for it. After all, it is not everyday people get to wear head to toe outfits from one of their favorite brands chosen by themselves and have a fun photoshoot at work. I felt like a kid in a candy store when I saw the photoshoot studio, three racks of BCBG clothing and accessories laid out nicely for the employees to pick and ensemble their outfits. What made it an enjoyable experience was that I was allowed to stay true to my style by personally pairing my own outfits and when I needed input or assistance there were stylists to help. I remember admiring the BCBG brand at a very young age because of the beautiful dresses and now working for them and being able to do the "Week of Chic" photoshoot is a surreal feeling and I feel incredibly grateful.

My personal favorite ensemble is the last one - Casual Cool. I felt that it looked most different and natural. What is your favorite look? Let me know your thoughts below! :)

Special thanks to BCBG for this fun and exciting experience!
Take care and talk to you soon!
